Chef Kuleza Mlia CDM, CFPP
Kuleza Mlia is the CEO of Estell Food Service Consultant. Kuleza is a Certified Chef with years of management experience as Director of food Service Department in assisted living facilities. Kuleza is also a Certified Dietary Manager and Servsafe Instructor. Kuleza's mission is to take your business to the next level with her expertise. Her goal is to help food service workers to comply with the Department of Health regulations while serving others with joy.
